Change & Adoption Lead
Location: Birmingham or Manchester with remote working
Are you ready to drive transformative change in a dynamic legal environment? Our client's Business Transformation team is looking for a Change & Adoption Lead to join either their Birmingham or Manchester office.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the firm, with a primary focus on developing a change framework and driving adoption of GenAI tools to maximise their investment. Longer-term, you’ll play a key part in embedding a structured approach across a pipeline of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business change framework for strategic and departmental initiatives
- Drive a change-ready culture across the firm
- Design and deliver training and engagement strategies to build change capability
- Translate technical requirements into accessible, business-friendly language
- Plan and deliver change workstreams using structured methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions into BAU
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption and success
Key Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within legal or professional services
- Proven expertise in designing and embedding change frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
