I am currently partnered with a global leading insurer who are going through instrumental growth! They are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. This role will be paying up to £42,000 per annum + Benefits and will require you to go into their London based office 2-3 x per week.
Must have experience:
•Delivering good customer service and supporting frameworks
•Evaluating customer journeys
•Knowledge of Consumer Duty, FCA complaints and conduct standards
•Produce root cause analysis reports
