The DUA Account Manager supports the placement and ongoing management of Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) arrangements for key clients. Working closely with the Senior DUA Account Manager, the role focuses on delivering high-quality client service, technical DUA expertise, and effective account coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and build strong relationships.
  • Support the design, negotiation, and placement of DUA facilities.
  • Provide specialist advice on coverage, capacity, and market developments to MGA clients and colleagues.
  • Support account planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk management and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Delegated Underwriting Authority experience.
  • Strong knowledge of DUA structuring and market negotiation.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
