We're hiring an Employee Relations Consultant to join a leading global insurer on a 12-month fixed-term contract within their Employee Relations Centre of Excellence. You'll work alongside a highly regarded team of ER and Employment Law specialists, supporting managers and HR teams with complex employee relations matters across the business.
The role offers a varied caseload including grievances, disciplinaries, performance, absence, wellbeing, policy advice and organisational change projects. It's ideal for someone with strong ER experience, solid employment law knowledge and the confidence to influence stakeholders while delivering fair, commercially balanced outcomes.
The position can be fully remote anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel for meetings, or hybrid from their offices. We'd love to hear more about your recent ER experience and what you're looking for in your next opportunity.
