Finance Business Systems Analyst - Leading Law Firm - London (Hybrid)

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Finance Business Systems Analyst to support the continued evolution of its Finance Transformation programme.
As part of a specialist team based in London, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the firm’s core ERP system Oracle Fusion as well as contributing to small scale development and enhancement projects.
This role is offering the opportunity to join a well established team with deep knowledge of the firm’s systems and transformation journey.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the go to specialist for day to day (BAU) support of Oracle Fusion and finance system processes
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams to ensure effective system performance and user support
- Support data integrity, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in managing integrations between Oracle Fusion and other business systems
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements, minor projects, and system configuration tasks
- Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the business
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience working with Oracle ERP systems (Fusion experience is highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules and integration cloud technologies
- A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A team player who takes ownership, works well across departments, and thrives in a fast paced, professional environment
- Comfortable working in a primarily BAU focused role with occasional project involvement
