Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and legal technology to address operational challenges, improve efficiency, and enhance client delivery.
- Partner with lawyers and knowledge teams to understand practice-specific workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements.
- Drive the adoption of existing and emerging legal technology solutions through engagement, training, demonstrations, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with technology, innovation, training, and knowledge teams to ensure solutions meet business and client needs.
- Translate legal and business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
- Lead presentations, workshops, and client-facing discussions showcasing the value and benefits of legal technology and GenAI.Support change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and effectiveness of technology solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and developments within the legal technology and AI landscape.
- Capture and share success stories, best practices, and case studies to promote innovation across the firm.
