Lead Business Analyst – Insurance

We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a top-tier global insurance organisation during a period of major transformation.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll lead a team of Business Analysts, set best practice, and drive high-impact change across complex insurance programmes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of BAs
- Owning business analysis across large, strategic initiatives
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape business and technology solutions
- Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Driving consistency, quality, and maturity across the BA function
- Working closely with technology, delivery, and governance teams
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst / BA Manager
- Strong background in insurance or financial services
- Experience leading BA teams and influencing at senior level
- Track record of delivering complex change programmes
- Confident operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
