Job Title: PMO Analyst – Insurance
Salary: Up to £65,000

My client is the world's leading Reinsurer; They are looking to recruit a PMO Analyst to sit within the centralised PMO running governance and reporting for a portfolio of projects. This function is working on over 60 projects transformations globally and are now committed to delivering innovative solutions for their clients. With a strong focus on operational excellence, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join their team and support the successful delivery of key projects across the business.
The Role:
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to provide insights, reporting, and governance that drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project management office (PMO) in tracking project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
- Assist in the preparation of project dashboards and management reporting.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and programs.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with governance processes and project management standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support PMO initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in a PMO or project support role, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
