Our client is seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead large-scale strategic transformation initiatives across its global insurance operations.
This role will be responsible for translating business strategy into tangible, compliant, and sustainable delivery across complex change programmes within the specialty insurance market. Operating at senior leadership level, the Programme Director will partner closely with Executive stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end programme execution.
The successful candidate will oversee programme planning, governance, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory alignment, ensuring all agreed outcomes, milestones, budgets, and benefits are achieved within scope and timeframe.
The role requires strong collaboration across Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and Compliance functions, alongside management of third-party vendors and programme interdependencies across the wider transformation portfolio.
