The Role:
As Programme Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key programmes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and business units to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple interrelated projects within a programme, ensuring overall delivery success.
- Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules, and governance frameworks.
- Track progress, risks, and issues, and report regularly to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines across projects.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution at programme level.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in programme management processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large-scale programmes, ideally in reinsurance, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of programme and project management methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Agile, or hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex interdependencies and risk across multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with programme management tools and software.
Desirable:
- Understanding of reinsurance products, processes, and regulatory environment.
- Professional programme management certification (MSP, PMP, Prince2 Practitioner).
