Senior Business Analyst – Start up Insurtech | Hybrid (London, 3 days in office / 2 days WFH)
We’re building something exciting.
Our client, a cutting-edge InsurTech, is making a major investment in change and transformation, creating a brand-new Change & Transformation Office to deliver multiple high-profile, big-ticket programmes across the business.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping and delivering these programmes, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll be part of a greenfield change function where your insights, structure, and expertise will directly impact how transformation is delivered at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading business analysis across complex programmes covering technology, operations, and business change.
- Working closely with stakeholders to capture, challenge, and define requirements.
- Producing clear and actionable artefacts – from process maps and user stories to requirements traceability.
- Acting as the key link between business teams and delivery squads to ensure solutions meet real business needs.
- Supporting testing, change readiness, and embedding of new processes and systems.
- Contributing to the development of best practices and setting the standard for BA work across the new change function.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance market
- Strong background working on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
