Senior Project Manager – Business Change
DVF Recruitment are supporting a Fats-growing insurer who organisation on an exciting transformation journey, building a centralised Business Change function to strengthen delivery capability and drive enterprise-wide initiatives. London Office 3 x per week
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping this new function—working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to deliver complex cross-functional projects that align with strategic goals. You’ll help embed delivery frameworks, best practices, and governance to ensure consistent and successful change outcomes across the business.

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering complex business and technology change initiatives
- Proven insurance related experience (Ideally London Market insurers)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Experience establishing and embedding project delivery frameworks and governance
- A proactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven approach
