A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join its high performing technology team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional, fast paced legal environment supporting senior stakeholders and business-critical systems across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to partners and staff

  • Support and maintain the Microsoft technology stack (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD)

  • Administer and troubleshoot legal specific applications (e.g., document management systems, practice management systems, digital dictation tools, PDF software)

  • Manage hardware support including laptops, mobile devices, AV and meeting room technology

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, professional approach

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within the legal sector or professional services environment

  • Strong hands on experience supporting the full Microsoft stack

  • Experience with legal applications such as iManage, NetDocuments, Aderant, Elite 3E, BigHand or similar

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders

This role requires 4 days per week in the office and offers the opportunity to work within a prestigious, international firm known for excellence and innovation.
