A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join its high performing technology team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to partners and staff
Support and maintain the Microsoft technology stack (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD)
Administer and troubleshoot legal specific applications (e.g., document management systems, practice management systems, digital dictation tools, PDF software)
Manage hardware support including laptops, mobile devices, AV and meeting room technology
Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, professional approach
Requirements:
Proven experience working within the legal sector or professional services environment
Strong hands on experience supporting the full Microsoft stack
Experience with legal applications such as iManage, NetDocuments, Aderant, Elite 3E, BigHand or similar
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders
