We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Account Executive to provide sales and administrative support across a growing business. You’ll work closely with the sales team to manage client relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with quotations, documentation, and client communications
- Act as a key contact for clients throughout the sales process
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and outstanding payments within agreed SLAs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and internal reporting
- Coordinate meetings and support wider sales activity
- Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance standards and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales support, account management, or client services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to KPIs/SLAs
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and documentation
