This is a senior transformation leadership role within this leading London Insurers Value Realization Office (VRO), offering full ownership of a regional portfolio shaping the future of the business across the Netherlands and wider Benelux region.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead a multi-million-dollar transformation portfolio, ensuring every initiative is aligned to enterprise strategy and delivers measurable business value.
Operating in a global matrix, you’ll act as the single point of accountability for portfolio performance—balancing local priorities with global frameworks while influencing stakeholders at every level, including the C-suite.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead the end-to-end Benelux transformation portfolio
- Shape demand, prioritisation, and investment decisions
- Drive portfolio governance, KPIs, and value realisation
- Lead large-scale digital, operational, and cultural transformation initiatives
- Manage and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations (including offshore)
- Translate global programmes into local execution roadmaps
- Engage and influence stakeholders across business and executive leadership
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in portfolio or transformation leadership
- Proven delivery of large-scale, complex change programmes
- Strong background in digital transformation and technology initiatives
- Experience operating in matrix environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in business cases and KPI tracking
- Insurance sector experience strongly preferred
