DVF are supporting a leading global insurer is seeking a Junior Project Manager to help oversee key business change and transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from initiation through to delivery and implementation.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
Engage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve issues.
Provide regular updates on project performance and delivery milestones.
Ensure projects meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
Requirements:
Previous Project Management experience, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
