DVF are currently supporting a leading global insurer seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support complex business change and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements, improve processes and deliver business-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across complex projects.
Engage senior stakeholders to understand business needs and define solutions.
Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Produce detailed business requirements, process maps and functional specifications.
Support solution design, UAT and implementation activities.
Identify risks, dependencies and impacts of proposed business changes.
Requirements:
Proven Senior Business Analyst experience, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
Experience supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives.
Excellent process mapping, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
