Our client, a leading global broker, is hiring a Vice President to lead its employee benefits business in the Cayman Islands. Reporting to the Director, you will own business development and a well-established portfolio of legal and financial services clients across health, group life, disability and wider benefits. It is a senior, client-owning role with regular C-suite contact and a high level of autonomy.
The Cayman Islands is one of the world’s leading captive domiciles, and the role sits within a market-leading captive and insurance management business with access to a global firm’s tools, data and expertise. Day to day you will run renewals, market reviews and proposals, lead performance discussions with clients, and support them through installations and claims. Knowledge of local legislation is part of the job.
You will need an ACII, HIA, AHIP or equivalent designation (essential) and solid experience leading a large group health and benefits portfolio, ideally with legal and financial services clients. Applied EPIC experience is expected.
