DVF are working with a leading global insurer seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, business-critical projects and transformation initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery, managing senior stakeholders and ensuring projects achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and scope.
Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Oversee project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
Drive business change and transformation initiatives.
Provide progress updates, governance reporting and escalation management.
Ensure project outcomes align with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing complex projects within insurance or financial services.
Strong leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing project budgets, risks and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
